Johann & Tillie Swart are well-known and respected in the property industry.
Johann completed his M.Comm Degree at Stellenbosch University and fulfilled many roles in the corporate world. As Treasurer of Saambou Bank Johann was part of the executive management team.
Tillie has been in the property industry since 1994 and is a qualified C.R.S (SA) and C.R.S (IT) and NQF5 principal. She was a residential agent for 12 years before starting her own property business. In 2005 they bought the ERA franchise in the East of Pretoria and performed under the Top 3 offices for more than 7 years.
At ERA Pretoria, Johann established and managed a large Rental portfolio and they distinguished themselves in the market by earning the respect and trust of many overseas clients of whom they still maintain and manage their property portfolios. Johann is currently the Estate Manager at Kingswood Lifestyle Retirement Village, a well known Sectional Title Development in Newlands, Pretoria.
During April 2011 they decided to start their own family business with a warm homely atmosphere at their premises in Lynnwood Glen, Pretoria - and PRETORIA PROPERTIES was born. They concentrate on sales, rentals and developments in the East of Pretoria and they managed a very large rental Portfolio.
The core of their business is referral-based and relies upon word of mouth referrals from past satisfied clients and business associates.
